Strip away the scaffolding AI now handles — the LLC paperwork, the survey draft, the landing page, the pro forma — and you're left staring at the work that was always the actual work. Knowing which idea is worth building. Knowing when v3 is market-ready and v2 isn't. Earning a customer's trust in a feed already drowning in bot-generated copy. Having the resilience to keep going after the first launch lands flat. None of that gets cheaper because the model got better; if anything, when everyone can spin up a polished prototype in a weekend, taste and judgment become the only durable edge. The tools commoditized the easy parts. The hard parts are still yours.
